Shipping

  • How do you ship your orders?

    We ship using FedEx and USPS and we are based out of California, USA.

    For US orders: if you are selecting USPS as your method of shipping, delivery will take about 2-3 business days. If you are selecting FedEx as your method of shipping, orders being shipped to the East Coast usually takes 5 business days. Orders on the West Coast, usually takes 1-2 business days. If you qualify for our FREE SHIPPING, we will usually ship using FedEx. See below for more information on FREE SHIPPING qualifications.

    For international orders: if you are selecting USPS as your method of shipment, delivery will take between 7-10 business days to most countries. If you are selecting FedEx as your method of shipment, delivery can take 3-7 business days to most countries.

    *Please note that for any international order, you may be billed additional fees (duty/taxes) to import your order. This happens rarely and you will be contacted by your local authorities if this may be the case for your country once your order arrives in your country.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    We do our best to process orders within 24 business hours. Please note that our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. We are closed most US statutory holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can keep an eye on your shipment and its delivery.

  • Do You Ship Internationally?

    We ship almost every country in the World, this does not include P.O. boxes.

  • How do I qualify for free shipping?

    For any orders being shipped to a US address, all orders automatically receive FREE SHIPPING. For any orders being shipping internationally, a minimum purchase of $150 is required to qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

  • When will I receive my order?

    We ship US standard orders via DHL Expedited Max, so you’ll receive your ADAY within 3-4 business days.
    We ship international orders via DHL Air Express, so you’ll receive your ADAY within 3-8 business days, depending on your ship destination.

  • Can I track my order?

    Definitely. Your tracking number is available on your account page, and from there you can track your package via the carrier tracking. If you cannot find your tracking number, email us at customercare@ennatos.com.

  • I haven’t received my order yet.

    We are so sorry your order hasn’t been delivered yet. We do everything we can to make sure you receive your ADAY purchase as quickly as possible, and each order comes with a tracking number. If you head to your account, you’ll be able to find this number and track it via the carrier tracking.

    Otherwise, please send us an email at customercare@ennatos.com and we’ll sort this out as soon as we can.

Returns

  • How many days do I have to return an item?

    You have 30 days to return or exchange your order. Please note, we can only accept returned items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Garments that have been tailored are not eligible for return.

  • How long do I wait before I get my refund or exchanged item?

    You can expect your refund or exchange to take up to one week. We’ll let you know as soon as your item is received and your refund or exchange has been processed.

    For US returns, If you choose store credit for your return, your credit will be processed as soon as your return package is accepted at the post office.

  • Will you refund my shipping charge?

    If you are returning your order for a refund, original shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.

    For our international customers, duties and taxes are non-refundable by ADAY. By contacting your local customs office, you may be able to get these refunded, however we are unable to assist nor guarantee this.

Orders

  • What payment methods can I use?

    We offer many different payment methods dependent on which country you are shipping to, these will be presented on the payment page in the checkout. For orders being shipped to the UK you can pay using all the major credit and debit cards.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    Due to our systems being automated we are not able to cancel orders. Any order that is no longer required and has been processed can be returned using the Returnado portal for most of Europe or our International Returns Portal for all other countries. Visit our returns page for more information.

  • Is your website and checkout secure?

    Yes. We continually make sure all of your details and payments are kept secure.

  • Why has my payment failed?

    This may be due to a fault with your bank account or bank. First, please check with your bank to make sure there is no fault on their side. If there are no problems there, please contact our team at customercare@ennatos.com and we will be happy to help you.

  • How do I contact you?

  • What are the care instructions For your garments?

    Most of our garments should be washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. Care instructions are noted on each product page in the upper right corner. Click each icon to view specific instructions. Care instructions are also listed on the garment tag.

  • How do your Sizes work?

    Our garments come in multiple fits, including regular fit, slim fit, relaxed fit, etc. A sizing guide is available for each product. You can view it by clicking "Size Chart" on the right side just above "Add to Cart".

  • Should I expect any shrinkage?

    Alternative items are always specially washed, which not only gives them their super soft texture, but pre-shrinks them as well. As with all jersey garments, however, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch a little during wear. We continually strive to perfect this process so everything you get from us will look and feel like a favorite each and every time.

  • Do you have a Wishlist?

    We offer the ability to add items to your wishlist by clicking on the small heart shaped icon on the top right of the image product. You can manage your Wishlist by logging into your account and selecting Wishlist.
